Well Folks, in February 2015, I got a complaint about violations
of the European Union laws. If you had followed my blog, you would have quickly
realized that I re-published articles on telecommuting. My blog’s intention at
that time was to bring interesting articles to the attention of readers. Every article
in my blog included reference to the site that was being recognized. Re-publishing
the articles was done with the thought that the author of the article would be
recognized for his efforts and telecommuting would be promoted. After I got the
notice, it was my decision to just let the blog die a slow death. Instead of
continuing the blog, retirement become my job.
I have continued to read every article that I could find on telecommuting.
Rural America can keep a lot of it’s young residents if they telecommuted. Arguments
pro and con have talked about the benefits of telecommuting. It was also
brought to my attention when I looked at this blog that many people still
checked on the blog. There was still some interest in what I had done years ago
which also meant that there was interest in getting information on telecommuting.
So that means that I am back looking at telecommuting. It
won’t just be just telecommuting. It will be about rural issues, usually
economic development. There will also be comments on other issues such as big
city people who think that only idiots and deplorables live in rural America.
(No traffic jam here, friends.)
Finally, as a warning, I am a horrible writer. Proof writing
is not my strong suit……apparently amateur plagiarism is my strong suit. Efforts
will be made to improve reviewing what I write.
Last shot, due to my issues with violations of European Union
laws, I will refuse to go to Europe and consume any of their wine or beer or
buy their cars!
